RETURN POLICY

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Please reach out to vicigymwear@gmail.com with the subject line "(your order number) Return Request" and include any inquiries about returning items, including pictures if the item is damaged, misprinted, etc.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state You received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

We can issue refunds on items that are received by the customer in a condition that is damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us at vicigymwear@gmail.com if this is the case.

Size exchanges are possible but will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

We will not accept items being returned on the basis of buyer's remorse. 

A refund will be issued once We have received Your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when We receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable.

We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After We receive and process Your return, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for Your financial institution to credit Your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
